Email Outreach Policy

CodeFu San Fernando Valley (SNK EDU, Inc.) uses email to reach schools in our local service area about our on-campus enrichment programs. We are committed to responsible, lawful email practices.

1. Who we contact. We contact only school staff and parent-organization officers in their professional roles, using business email addresses published on official school or parent-organization websites. We do not buy, rent, or share email lists. We do not email students or parents who have not asked to hear from us.

2. Volume. Outreach is sent one-to-one from a single company mailbox at low daily volume. A school contact receives no more than four messages in any outreach sequence.

3. Opting out. Every message includes our postal address and a clear way to opt out. Anyone who asks not to be contacted is removed immediately and permanently, and we stop contacting their school if they ask.

4. Third parties. No affiliate, reseller, partner, or contractor is permitted to send email that mentions or links to codefusfv.com, codefuprograms.com, or any other CodeFu San Fernando Valley domain. Any such message is a violation of this policy and should be reported to us.

5. Authentication. Our email is sent with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication.

6. Reporting abuse. If you believe you received an email from us in error or in violation of this policy, contact admin@codefusfv.com or call 818.280.9603, and we will address it promptly.
